Mike Druschel is a 6th Generation Farmer and now Brewer
Bullseye Brewing Company, a welcoming new Brighton brewery for the entire family, offers a variety of fun activities like board games, corn hole, shuffleboard, and ping pong. In July 2025, Mike harvested malting barley for our first farm-to-glass bullseye beer. Stay tuned for the next exciting step in this craft beer journey.

At Bullseye Brewing, a premier New Brighton brewery, our goal is to deliver the flavors you love in our craft beer. We carefully source quality ingredients to create Bullseye beer that caters to every palate. From Stout to Seltzer, we have a variety for everyone to enjoy.
Events and Food Trucks
We do not have a kitchen at our New Brighton brewery and are always interested in collaborating with new food trucks. If you are a food truck and would like to partner with Bullseye Brewing for any upcoming dates, let us know.
Additionally, we are portable and can serve up to 5 drafts of our craft beer at your next event. Message us for availability!
